First, I want to say that I'm fit, 21, who actually used to do a little increased. So, I'm not with an account of this fact.
Now say ....
What is your opinion?
I personally believe that obese people who lose a "trick" to weight. Damn, I worked hard to get my body looks good and almost makes me angry that someone does not eat / what you want, you can be free and only surgery and thin.
